MBTI® For Teams

This training helps participants understand their MBTI® type and the MBTI® types of others on their team. Together you’ll learn how you and others gain energy, process information, and make decisions in a variety of situations. You will learn how to understand group/team dynamics and behavioral styles, how to open up communication and create a positive environment through exploring some of the hurdles they often face, why they happen, and how to avoid them.
