Modern technology provides many different means of communication and sometimes we find difficulty in delivering effective messages as intended across the different mediums e.g. face to face, phone, etc. This program will help you understand how to best use various communication tools and how to apply them to the whole message model. Your team will engage in listening exercises, learn evaluation techniques to ensure that their messages are effective, and then design a personal communication plan.

This fun and interactive workshop incorporates a DiSC® behavior assessment to give a more complete understanding of yourself and others. This program will allow participants to build bridges, mold communication styles to meet the needs of others, improve leadership effectiveness, and give feedback to people in a style they can understand and accept.
MBTI® For Teams
This training helps participants understand their MBTI® type and the MBTI® types of others on their team. Together you’ll learn how you and others gain energy, process information, and make decisions in a variety of situations. You will learn how to understand group/team dynamics and behavioral styles, how to open up communication and create a positive environment through exploring some of the hurdles they often face, why they happen, and how to avoid them.
