“Super Leadership Team Building Program Includes:

1. Engagement communication with Team Sponsor to align on success measures and timeline.

2. Pre-workshop Kick off: Leadership and Team Assessments are distributed to understand our baseline.

3. A series of workshops customized and targeted to your objectives:

Workshop 1 – Alignment: Understanding the organization’s purpose and discovering how their strengths and the strengths of others can help them get faster results. Identifying what is working and what is not, and committing to the same common goals.

Workshop 2 – Crew: Understanding what to expect during the 5 Stages of Team Development. Co-creating an alliance with one another to share responsibility for shared company goals.

Workshop 3 – Transition: Understanding how to transition away from conflict to cooperation.

Workshop 4 – Transformation: Making a commitment to sustain the learning from this program and co-create an ongoing, actionable plan.

Expected Outcome:

Leadership Participants will develop stronger relationships, built on alignment and trust. Each participant will leave with a plan that translates into increased productivity and cooperation.

In addition, participants will gain a fuller understanding of their individual strengths and challenges thereby building more effective relationships with others in the organization, including their direct reports, counterparts, and other cross functional areas.
